Guaranteed Priority Seating -
Subscribers are ensured the best seats now and for many seasons
to come! Seating
selection is based on the best available seat at the time of
purchase. Please arrive at the theatre 15
minutes before your scheduled performance time. Latecomers
may be seated in alternate seats at the discretion of the House
Manager. Some productions do not allow late
seating.
Unlimited Ticket Exchanges -
Need a more convenient date? Exchange your tickets
free of charge by fax, mail or in person. You may
exchange tickets as many times as needed, within
24 hours of your original performance time, without charge.
If 24-hour notice is not given, Apple Tree Theatre reserves
the
right
not to honor the exchange. Priority seating will not
always be available for exchanged tickets.

If you lose or misplace your tickets, we will replace
them FREE OF CHARGE.

on selected Friday nights during the run of the production.
Flex Pass Series - Not sure which shows you would like to attend? Try our new Flex Pass Series. Here's how it works: buy a 3, 4, or 5 show Flex Pass at the subscriber savings, select which show you would like and then place your reservation by either calling or emailing your reservation to the box office. You will be given the best available seating for the performance requested. The Flex Pass does not hold or save specific seats all season. You must reserve prior to each performance you wish to attend. With the Flex Pass, you can use the tickets any way you would like. For example, buy a 4 admission pass, and see four separate performance, or bring your friends and use all four admissions for one performance. You split up the admission however you would like. After all admissions are used, you may renew for another Flex Pass at any point in the season. Flex Pass makes a perfect gift!
