Apple Tree Theatre is the perfect place for any group theatre trip. Our intimate 92-seat theatre is handicap accessible. Our staff will work with your group to provide the specific services you need. Free parking, which will accommodate large buses, is available. Curtain time can be flexible for large groups.

Placing Your Order - Four Easy Steps

• Place your order with the Group Sales office by phone, fax or mail—a minimum of 10 tickets per performance must be ordered to receive the group rate. You may also email at spiner@appletreetheatre.com.
  
• Within one week, you will receive a contract. The contract must be signed and returned with a 25% refundable deposit.
  
• 60 days prior to the performance date, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
  
• 30 days prior to the performance date, please confirm your group size (no less than 10) and remit final payment.

Group Order Policy

Clients cancelling their order within 60 days of the performance will forfeit their 25% deposit. No refunds, cancellations, ticket exchanges or credits.  Apple Tree Theatre reserves the right to cancel any booking for which the deposit or final balance is overdue. We will attempt to contact the client prior to exercising the cancellation policy. We suggest that a cancellation be confirmed by phone, mail or fax. Apple Tree Theatre cannot be held responsible for cancellations not received, and deposits may be forfeited.

Group Rates are offered for all performances, though some restrictions apply. Group Rates are not offered in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

Services for Groups

BACKSTAGE TOURS of Apple Tree Theatre can be arranged for most weekday mornings throughout the season, subject to availability. Make your request when booking your tickets. These are complimentary to school groups attending a performance; a fee of $25 applies to all other groups.

WHEELCHAIR SEATING  Apple Tree Theatre is wheelchair-accessible.  Please reserve the required number of special seats when ordering tickets, and advise us if you need special assistance.  Please note: Patrons using wheelchairs are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance time and check in with the House Manager so that we can properly assist you.
